Audrey's first voice role was in a Japanese animated film called Heisei Tanuki Gassen Ponpoko in 1994. She helped dub the movie into English.

She voiced several characters on the Nickelodeon cartoon My Life as a Teenage Robot. These characters included Tuck, Misty, XJ-7, and XJ-8. Audrey has also lent her voice to three Scooby-Doo projects. She was Dr. Glove in Back at the Barnyard.

In 2007, she became the voice of Arlene, Garfield's girlfriend, in the movie Garfield Gets Real. She continued to voice Arlene in The Garfield Show. She also voiced Bessie in Random! Cartoons and Barb in Sym-Bionic Titan. Audrey even voiced Terk in a Tarzan video game.

She voiced Ortensia, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit's cat wife, in the video game Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two. Other video game roles include a League of Assassins member in Batman: Arkham City.
