Bailee Madison (born October 15, 1999) is an American actress and singer. She started acting when she was very young. Bailee has won several awards, including three Young Artist Awards. She was also nominated for a Critics' Choice Movie Award and a Saturn Award.
Bailee was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She began acting at just two weeks old, appearing in many TV commercials. Her first movie role was as May Belle Aarons in the fantasy film Bridge to Terabithia (2007). This role brought her early recognition. She gained more attention for her part in the drama film Brothers (2009). For this role, she was nominated for a Critics' Choice Movie Award for Best Young Performer.
She also had successful roles in the comedies Just Go with It (2011) and Parental Guidance (2012). Later, Bailee moved into television roles. She appeared in The Haunting Hour: The Series (2010–2012) and played a young Snow White in Once Upon a Time (2012–2016). She also played a teenager with mental health issues in The Fosters (2014–2015).
Bailee took on main roles as Hillary Harrison in Trophy Wife (2013–2014) and Grace Russell in Good Witch (2015–2021). She received more praise for her leading role as Imogen Adams in the HBO Max horror series Pretty Little Liars (2022–2024). This show is a spin-off of the original Pretty Little Liars series. In 2024, Bailee started her music career. She released her first pop song, "Kinda Fun."

Bailee Madison was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Her parents are Patricia Riley and Daniel Hotte. She is the youngest of seven children. She has four brothers and two sisters. Her older sister, Kaitlin Vilasuso, is also an actress. Bailee's father is Canadian, which means she also has Canadian citizenship.
Bailee started her career when she was only two weeks old. Her first appearance was in an Office Depot commercial. After that, she appeared in many national commercials. These included ads for big companies like Disney, SeaWorld, and Cadillac.

Early Roles and Recognition
In 2010, Bailee Madison got her first main role. This was in the supernatural horror film Don't Be Afraid of the Dark. She acted alongside Katie Holmes and Guy Pearce. Bailee played Sally Hurst, a lonely child who moves in with her father. Critics liked the movie. Roger Ebert called it "a very good haunted house film."
In 2011, Bailee played Maxine Russo in some episodes of The Wizards of Waverly Place. Her character appeared when Max Russo was turned into a girl.

In 2013, Bailee began playing Hillary in the TV comedy Trophy Wife. She took over the role from another actress.

Since 2019, Bailee Madison has been in a relationship with Blake Richardson. He is a member of the band New Hope Club.

Other Activities
Since 2010, Bailee has been a national youth spokesperson. She works for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation. This charity helps kids with cancer. It encourages children to raise money and spread awareness. They do this by setting up lemonade stands. In January 2018, Bailee's first book was published. It is called Losing Brave. This is a young-adult mystery book. She wrote it with Stefne Miller. Since November 2018, she has co-hosted a podcast. It is called Just Between Us with her sister Kaitlin Vilasuso.
