Bassins is a small town, also called a municipality, located in Switzerland. It's found in the Vaud canton, which is like a state, and is part of the Nyon district. Bassins sits at the bottom of the Jura Mountains, about 800 meters (around 2,600 feet) above sea level. It's a peaceful place known for its beautiful natural surroundings.
