Buddina is a coastal suburb located in the Sunshine Coast Region of Queensland, Australia. It is part of the Kawana Waters area. In 2021 census, Buddina was home to 4,236 people.

What is Buddina Like?
Buddina is a unique place with two main parts. The eastern side faces the beautiful Coral Sea. Here you will find long, sandy beaches perfect for swimming and surfing. The western side of Buddina has a network of canals. Many homes in this area are built along these waterways. Buddina also has the main business area for the Kawana Waters urban centre.

The name Buddina was chosen on 1 September 1967. It was suggested by a company called Alfred Grant Pty Ltd. The word Buddina comes from an Aboriginal language. It means sunbeam.

It also has a special education program to help students with different learning needs.
