Kawana Waters is a lively area on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. It's located right between the towns of Caloundra and Maroochydore, next to the beautiful Coral Sea. Even though many people call it a town, Kawana Waters is actually a collection of suburbs. It started as the name for a big development project, and people just kept using the name!
All the suburbs that make up Kawana Waters are connected by a main road called Nicklin Way. You'll find many shops and sports places here, including Kawana Shoppingworld. Sometimes, people shorten the name to Kawana, but there's also a different suburb called Kawana near Rockhampton.
