Cole Bennett (born May 14, 1996) is an American music video director and a record executive. He is famous for starting a company called Lyrical Lemonade. Cole has worked with many popular music artists. He directed music videos for Juice Wrld, including "All Girls Are the Same" and "Lucid Dreams". He also directed videos for Eminem, Lil Yachty, Jack Harlow, and many others. In 2024, he released an album called All Is Yellow through Lyrical Lemonade.

Cole Bennett was born on May 14, 1996, in Plano, Illinois. He went to Plano High School. Cole decided to leave high school early to focus on his passion. He was very interested in making videos and hip hop music since he was a child.
Cole Bennett's Career Journey
Starting Lyrical Lemonade (2013–2016)
Cole Bennett started Lyrical Lemonade as an online blog when he was in high school. His mom helped him choose the name for his blog. She also gave him a video camera to get started. Cole began directing music videos for local Chicago rappers. These included artists like Vic Mensa and King Louie. He uploaded all these videos to the Lyrical Lemonade YouTube channel. His channel also showed live concert videos, interviews, and short documentaries.
Becoming Popular (2016–2023)
Lyrical Lemonade grew beyond just Chicago artists. It started featuring artists from the new Soundcloud rap style. In 2016 and 2017, Cole became more recognized. He worked with artists like Famous Dex, Lil Pump, and Ski Mask the Slump God. On April 7, 2017, he released his first short film, "Lone Springs". In August 2017, he directed the music video for Lil Xan's song "Betrayed". This video became very popular. He then directed many more hit music videos. These included "BabyWipe" by Ski Mask the Slump God and "Red Roses" by Lil Skies.
In May 2018, Cole directed the music video for Juice Wrld's song "Lucid Dreams". This song reached number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 music chart. By August 2024, the video had over 1 billion views on YouTube. It became his most watched video. Since then, he has worked with major hip hop artists. These include J. Cole, Wiz Khalifa, Kanye West, and Eminem.
In January 2020, he directed the video for Jack Harlow's hit song "What's Poppin". In March 2020, he directed the music video for Eminem's song "Godzilla". This video featured famous people like Dr. Dre and Mike Tyson. It got 13 million views in just 24 hours. In December 2020, Cole worked with Eminem again. He directed the music video for Eminem's song "Gnat".
All Is Yellow Album (2023–Present)
In 2023, Cole Bennett started releasing songs from his first album. The album is called All Is Yellow and came out in 2024. The first song from the album was "Doomsday". It featured Juice Wrld and Cordae and was released on June 23, 2023. This song reached number 58 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Other songs from the album included "Guitar in My Room" with Lil Durk and Kid Cudi. The album All Is Yellow was officially released on January 26, 2024.
Lyrical Lemonade's Impact on Music
Cole Bennett's Lyrical Lemonade often helps new rappers become popular. For example, Lil Pump gained a lot of fame after appearing on Lyrical Lemonade. Other artists who got a boost include Smokepurpp, Juice Wrld, Ski Mask the Slump God, Lil Tecca, and Jack Harlow.
The music website Pitchfork praised one of Bennett's videos. They named Ski Mask the Slump God's 2017 "Catch Me Outside" video as one of their favorite music videos of the 2010s.
Other Projects
Cole Bennett has also created merchandise and lemonade drinks. These products are sold under the Lyrical Lemonade brand. He hopes to compete with big drink companies like Minute Maid.
