David Kaufman (born July 23, 1961) is an American actor. He is famous for his voice work in many cartoons and video games. You might know him as Danny Fenton/Danny Phantom from Danny Phantom. He also voiced Jimmy Olsen in different DC Comics shows. Other well-known roles include Dexter Douglas in Freakazoid! and Marty McFly in the Back to the Future animated series. He often voices characters that sound like actor Michael J. Fox.

Early Life and Acting Beginnings
David Kaufman grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. He started acting when he was very young. His kindergarten teacher gave him the main role of Santa Claus in their class play. This was his first acting experience.
When he was 18, Kaufman moved to California. He went to the UCLA. There, he studied theater arts to learn more about acting.

David Kaufman has worked on many projects. He often worked with actors from the Daly family. For example, he voiced Jimmy Olsen alongside Tim Daly in Superman: The Animated Series. He also appeared with Tim Daly in the TV show Wings. Later, he worked with Tim's sister, Tyne Daly, and voiced Jimmy Olsen again in Justice League: Doom.
Kaufman has also appeared in commercials. One of his memorable roles was as a dancing stockboy. This was for a Hi-C Ecto Cooler commercial in 1989.
Personal Life
David Kaufman is married to actress Lisa Picotte. They got married on June 30, 1990. They have two children together. Both of their children are also actors, including their daughter Grace Kaufman.
