Karl Diedrich Bader (born December 24, 1966) is an American actor and comedian. He is well-known for his funny roles and for lending his voice to many cartoon characters. You might recognize him from TV shows like The Drew Carey Show and American Housewife. He has also appeared in popular movies such as Office Space and Napoleon Dynamite.
Diedrich Bader is especially famous for his voice acting. He has voiced characters like Hoss Delgado in The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy and Tank Evans in the Surf's Up movies. He is also widely known for being the voice of Bruce Wayne / Batman in several animated films and TV series, starting with Batman: The Brave and the Bold in 2008.

Early Life and Education
Diedrich Bader was born in Alexandria, Virginia, on Christmas Eve in 1966. His mother, Gretta Bader, was a sculptor, and his father, William B. Bader, worked as a foundation executive.
When Diedrich was two years old, his family moved to Paris. Later, he returned to the U.S. for high school. He graduated from T.C. Williams High School in Alexandria, Virginia. After high school, he went to college at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
Acting Career
Diedrich Bader started his acting career with guest appearances on popular TV shows. Some of these included The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Star Trek: The Next Generation, and Cheers. His first big role was in the 1993 series Danger Theatre.
He then moved into movies, appearing in the 1993 film The Beverly Hillbillies. In 1995, he began playing Oswald on the TV show The Drew Carey Show, a role he kept for many years. He also appeared in the 1999 movie Office Space as Peter's neighbor, Lawrence. In 2004, he played Rex, the owner of a Taekwondo gym, in the movie Napoleon Dynamite.
