Eva Lee (Chinese: 李意恒, born August 7, 1986) is a talented American badminton player. She has won many medals in international competitions. Eva is known for her skills in both women's doubles and mixed doubles events. She has proudly represented the United States in major tournaments, including the Olympic Games.

Eva Lee's Badminton Journey
Eva Lee began her badminton career at a young age. She quickly showed great promise in the sport. Her dedication led to many victories throughout her career.
Early Years and First Wins
Eva started playing badminton in 1997. Her first coach was Peter Baum, a former US National Team member. Just one year later, in 1998, she won three titles at the US Junior National Championships. In 1999, she won her first major international junior title. This was at the Canadian Junior Open, where she won the Under-17 Singles.
Competing on the World Stage
As Eva grew older, she started competing in bigger tournaments. In 2005, she played in the 2005 World Badminton Championships in Anaheim. She also became a champion at the California Community College Athletic Association State Championships in 2006. That same year, Eva won three titles at the Canadian Open. She also won the doubles title at the Boston Badminton Open with her partner Mesinee Mangkalakiri.
Pan American Games Success
One of Eva's biggest achievements came at the badminton at the 2007 Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro. She had an amazing performance, winning three gold medals! She won in women's singles, women's doubles (with Mesinee Mangkalakiri), and mixed doubles (with Howard Bach). She continued her success at the Pan American Games, winning a silver medal in mixed doubles and a bronze in women's doubles in 2011. In 2015, she won another gold medal in women's doubles.
Olympic Dreams
Eva Lee also had the chance to compete in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. She played against Canadian Anna Rice in the first round. Although she lost the match, Eva showed great fighting spirit. She made a strong comeback in the second game before her opponent eventually won.
