In this season, Mitchel Musso's character, Oliver Oken, appears less often. This is because Mitchel was getting ready for his new show, Pair of Kings, on Disney XD.
In Hannah Montana Forever, Miley Stewart (who is Hannah Montana) and her family, along with her best friend Lilly, move to a new ranch in Malibu, California. This season was special because it was the first time the show was broadcast in High Definition. The final episode aired in the USA on January 16, 2011. The DVD for this last season came out on March 8, 2011.
