Hannah Montana's first music came out on March 1, 2006. It was part of the show's first soundtrack. This album became number one in the United States! It also reached the top ten in the UK. The second soundtrack, Hannah Montana 2, also hit number one in the U.S. and Colombia.
The Hannah Montana: The Movie soundtrack was very popular. It reached number one in Austria, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Spain, the U.S., and Turkey. Hannah Montana 3 topped the Billboard Kid Albums and Top Soundtracks charts.
Hannah Montana also released remix albums. These albums feature songs that have been changed or "remixed." The first remix album, Hannah Montana 2: Non-Stop Dance Party, reached number seven in the U.S. The second one, Hannah Montana Hits Remixed, reached number 103.
Her first live album, Best of Both Worlds Concert, was a big hit. It reached number one on the Top Kid Audio chart (now called Kid Albums). The fifth and last Hannah Montana soundtrack, Hannah Montana Forever, came out on October 19, 2010. It reached number 11 on the Billboard 200 chart.
Many of Hannah Montana's songs were popular. Twenty of her songs appeared on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The song "He Could Be the One" was the most successful in the United States. It reached number ten on the chart!
