Idrottsföreningen Brommapojkarna, often called Brommapojkarna (which means the Bromma boys) or just BP, is a Swedish football club. It's located in Bromma, a part of Stockholm. Brommapojkarna is known for being the biggest football club in Europe when it comes to the number of youth teams. In 2007, they had 247 teams and 3,000 young players! Their men's team plays in the top Swedish league, the Allsvenskan, and their women's team plays in the Damallsvenskan, also the top league for women.
The club is very famous for its youth academy. This academy has helped many talented Swedish players become top-quality footballers over the years. The club works closely with the Stockholms Fotbollförbund, which is the Stockholm Football Association.

History of Brommapojkarna Football Club
The Brommapojkarna club was started in 1942. In its early days, the club had many different sports, not just football. These included athletics, bandy (a type of ice hockey), and ice hockey.
BP once had a special connection with the famous English club Manchester United. This happened after a player named Bojan Djordjic moved from BP to Manchester United in 1999. However, this agreement ended because BP wanted to be able to talk with other top English clubs too.
Later, BP made a similar connection with Manchester City, who are big rivals of Manchester United. A former BP youth player and Swedish international, John Guidetti, played for Manchester City before moving to Spain in 2015.
The men's team first reached the top Swedish league, the Allsvenskan, on November 12, 2006. They won a special play-off match against BK Häcken. They made it to the Allsvenskan again on November 16, 2008. In 2010, BP finished last in the Allsvenskan and moved down to a lower league called Superettan. They played there in 2011 and 2012. In 2012, they finished second in Superettan and were promoted back to the Allsvenskan for the third time.
