Jimmy is the son of Judy and Hugh Neutron. Even though he's a genius, he's still a kid at heart. When things go wrong in his town, Retroville, Jimmy is usually the one who figures out how to fix them. When he's thinking hard, he often says "Gotta think..." and then, when he gets a great idea, he shouts "Brain blast!" This is his famous catchphrase. His best friends are Sheen Estevez, Carl Wheezer, and his robot dog, Goddard.
Jimmy and Cindy Vortex often argue, but later on, it's clear they secretly like each other a lot.
