Problem Child is an animated TV show that aired from 1993 to 1994. It was made by Universal Cartoon Studios. The show is based on the Problem Child movies. You could watch it on USA Network as part of their USA Cartoon Express block.
Guess what? Gilbert Gottfried, a famous voice actor, played the character Igor Peabody in the movies and the cartoon! He's the only actor who was in all of them. Later, in 1995, some episodes were released on video tapes. Each tape had two episodes from the first two seasons.

Junior Healy
- Junior Healy (voiced by Ben Diskin) – Junior is the main character of the show. He's a mischievous young boy who loves to cause trouble. He often plays pranks on adults who aren't very nice to him.
Ben Healy
- Ben Healy (voiced by Mark Taylor) – Ben is Junior's kindhearted adoptive father. In the show, he works as the sheriff of Toe Valley. He tries his best to guide Junior.
Big Ben Healy
- Big Ben Healy (voiced by Jonathan Harris) – Big Ben is Ben's father and Junior's grandfather. He is one of the main characters who Junior often plays pranks on. Big Ben is also the mayor of Toe Valley.
Igor Peabody
- Igor Peabody (voiced by Gilbert Gottfried) – Mr. Peabody is the principal of the local elementary school. He is one of Junior's main rivals. Junior often tries to get the best of him with his clever tricks.
Murph
- Murph (voiced by John Kassir) – Murph is one of Junior's classmates. He used to be a bully, but then he became Junior's friend and helps him with his plans.
Cyndi Kerrigan
- Cyndi Kerrigan (voiced by E. G. Daily) – Cyndi is another one of Junior's classmates. She is a popular girl. Her name is a fun reference to the famous figure skater Nancy Kerrigan.
