Tinker Bell is a fun Disney movie. It tells the story of the famous fairy, Tinker Bell, from Peter Pan. This movie came out on DVD and Blu-ray Disc on October 28, 2008.
Unlike earlier Disney movies about Peter Pan, this film used only computer animation. This was also the very first time the Disney version of Tinker Bell spoke! The movie was directed by Bradley Raymond. Its first name idea was Tinker Bell and the Ring of Belief.

Movie Release and Sequels
Tinker Bell was released on DVD and Blu-ray Disc on October 28, 2008. Disney also announced that more movies about Tinker Bell would follow. These were also made with computer animation.

Before its home video release, the movie had a special showing. It played in theaters at the El Capitan Theatre from September 19 to October 2. It also premiered on Disney Channel in November.
