Changes in Power and Politics
- In 1760, King George III became the new ruler of Britain. His time on the throne saw many important moments.
- The Seven Years' War, a huge global conflict that had been going on since 1756, finally ended in 1763. As a result of this war, France gave control of Canada to Britain. This was a massive change for North America!
