The men's beach volleyball tournament at the 2024 Paris Olympics will feature 24 teams. These teams, called "pairs" in beach volleyball, come from different countries. Each country can send a maximum of two pairs to the men's tournament.
The qualification process, which is how teams earn their spot, happened between January 2023 and June 2024. As the host country, France automatically gets one spot for its men's beach volleyball team. The other 23 spots are earned through different competitions.
Teams can qualify in three main ways:
- Winning the 2023 FIVB Beach Volleyball World Championships.
- Having a high rank on the FIVB Olympic Ranking list.
- Winning one of the five Continental Cup Finals.
