Central Finland, also known as Keski-Suomi in Finnish, is a special area in Finland. It's like a big county or province. About 270,000 people live here. This region is located right in the middle of Finland.
Central Finland shares its borders with many other regions. These include Pirkanmaa, Southern Ostrobothnia, Central Ostrobothnia, Northern Ostrobothnia, Northern Savonia, Southern Savonia, and Päijänne Tavastia. The area is known for its beautiful nature, with many lakes and forests.
