Pot Noodle is a popular brand of instant noodles from the United Kingdom. It's a quick and easy snack food that comes in many different flavours. This dried food has noodles, dried vegetables, and flavouring powder. You just add boiling water, and the noodles quickly soften, making a tasty meal.
The noodles come in a plastic pot, which you can eat from directly. Many pots also include a small packet of sauce, like soy sauce, to add extra flavour.

History of Pot Noodle
Instant noodles were first created in 1958 by a person named Momofuku Ando. His company, Nissin Foods, later developed Cup Noodles in 1971.
The Pot Noodle brand started in the United Kingdom in 1977, launched by a company called Golden Wonder. Over time, Pot Noodle changed owners a few times. In 2000, a big company called Unilever bought the brand.
Unilever decided to keep Pot Noodle and its only factory. In 2006, Unilever gave the brand a fresh look. They also brought out new flavours and made the noodles healthier by reducing the salt.
How Pot Noodle Is Made
Pot Noodles are made in a factory in Croespenmaen, near Crumlin, Caerphilly, Wales. This factory makes about 175 million pots every year!
Around 2006, the way Pot Noodle was made changed to make it a healthier snack. The main change was using much less salt. Later, a special "GTi" version came out that you could cook in a microwave. This was the first Pot Noodle to have real meat in it. In 2007, the brand also updated its logo.
Sometimes, Pot Noodle gives away fun gifts with its products. These have included a special 'horn' and a 'spinning fork.'
