Sigrid Agren is a famous French model. She comes from the island of Martinique. Sigrid became well-known after competing in the Elite Model Look contest in 2006.

Early Life
Sigrid grew up on the beautiful island of Martinique. Her father was Swedish, and her mother was French. When she was a teenager, Sigrid joined the Elite Model Look contest in France. She won the French competition. This meant she got to go to the world finals in Shanghai. In the end, another French finalist, Charlotte Di Calypso, won the top prize.
Modeling Career
After the Elite Model Look contest, Sigrid signed with Elite Model Management in Paris. She did some small modeling jobs. However, she decided to take a break in 2007. She wanted to finish her school education first.
Returning to Modeling
Sigrid came back to modeling in 2008. She signed with New York Model Management. She also rejoined Elite Models in major fashion cities. Her first big runway show was for Prada. She closed their Resort collection show.
For her first New York Fashion Week, she walked for many famous designers. These included Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Donna Karan, and Rodarte. She also opened shows for Shiatzy Chen and Yves Saint Laurent. Sigrid also opened for Karl Lagerfeld and Alexander McQueen. She closed shows for Prada, Costume National, and Louis Vuitton.
Becoming a Fashion Face
For the Spring/Summer 2009 fashion season, Sigrid became a main face for Prada. She shared this role with Giedre Dukauskaite and Anna Jagodzinska. She also became the face of Armani Jeans and Nicole Farhi.
Sigrid has appeared in many fashion magazines. These include Vogue Paris, Harper's Bazaar, and Numéro. She was also on one of three covers for i-D magazine's June/July issue. She shared the cover with Tasha Tilberg and Raquel Zimmermann.
Top Model Status
For the Fall/Winter 2009 season, Sigrid walked in 68 international fashion shows. She modeled for designers like Armani, Chanel, Versace, and Ralph Lauren. Other big names included Dolce & Gabbana, Jil Sander, and Christian Dior. She was also in shows for Valentino, Alberta Ferretti, Karl Lagerfeld, and Pucci.
Sigrid opened and closed the show for Chloé. She became the face of Stella McCartney, taking over from Kate Moss. She also represented Chloé with Kasia Struss and Karlie Kloss. Sigrid was also featured for Ck Calvin Klein with Jourdan Dunn. She modeled for Bottega Veneta alongside Anna Jagodzinska.
During that year, Sigrid was ranked among the top 10 models in the world. She is now considered an "Industry Icon" and a "Money Girl" by models.com.
