Clos du Doubs (which means "Enclosure of the Doubs" in French) is a special kind of town in Switzerland. It is located in the Jura canton, which is like a state or region. This municipality was created on January 1, 2009.

It was formed by joining seven smaller towns: Epauvillers, Epiquerez, Montenol, Montmelon, Ocourt, Saint-Ursanne, and Seleute. The town of Soubey decided not to join the group. Clos du Doubs got its name from the beautiful Doubs river valley that runs through the area. This region is about 15 kilometers (9.3 miles) west of Delémont and covers about 80 square kilometers (31 square miles). The village of Saint-Ursanne is at the heart of this area.
