All About Scrambled!
Scrambled! first started on January 18, 2014. That first series ended in April of the same year. A second series began on January 10, 2015.
Meet the Presenters
When the show first started, it was hosted by Sam Homewood, Laura Jackson, London Hughes, and Luke Franks. In 2015, Arielle Free joined the team, taking Laura Jackson's place.
Mr. Cuddle Monster Arrives!
In the second series, a new puppet character named 'Mr. Cuddle Monster' joined the show! He was created by Puppets Magic Studio. Mr. Cuddle Monster is known as the "Scrambled Landlord." Even though his name sounds friendly, he actually pretends to dislike cuddles and the presenters, which makes his name quite funny!
More Seasons and New Faces
The second series finished on April 12, 2015. A third series started on January 9, 2016. After that, the fourth and fifth series aired from 2017 to April 8, 2018.
A sixth series was ordered in March 2018 and started in October 2018. This series introduced a new presenter, Kerry Boyne, who took over from London Hughes. London Hughes went on to become a full-time comedian. The sixth series ended in April 2019.
A new presenter, Robyn Richford, joined for the seventh series. She replaced Arielle Free, who started hosting a show on BBC Radio 1. The seventh series began in September 2019. From this series onwards, Scrambled! only aired on Saturdays. However, in January 2020, it started airing on Sundays again too! An eighth series has also been planned for later in the year.
