The name "Cozy Dell" was first used in 1928 by two people named Kerr and Schenck. It's also where a special type of rock, called the Cozy Dell Shale, was first discovered and named. People love this canyon for its natural beauty. It has lovely creeks, unique wildflowers, and lots of different animals.
