Kimberly Brooks is a talented American voice actress. She has given her voice to many characters in cartoons, movies, and video games since the mid-1990s.

You might know her voice from popular shows and games. She played Luna in the Scooby-Doo series, part of The Hex Girls band. She also voiced Ashley Williams in the Mass Effect video games.

Kimberly Brooks is also the voice of Stormy in the Nickelodeon version of Winx Club. She brought Buena Girl to life in ¡Mucha Lucha!. In the Batman: Arkham video game series, she voiced Barbara Gordon.
