Movie Idea and Planning
Warner Bros. Animation thought about making this movie for a while. They also considered a Wonder Woman movie. In February 2019, they officially announced that the Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated movie was being made. It was released later that spring.
Choosing the Voice Actors
The team picked amazing actors for the movie. Troy Baker made history by voicing both Batman and the Joker in the same film. He had voiced these characters in other games and movies before.
