Decode Entertainment was a Canadian company that made and shared TV shows. It was started in Toronto, Ontario, in 1997 by Steven DeNure, Neil Court, and John Delmage. On May 16, 2006, Decode joined with another company called Halifax Film. Together, they formed a bigger company called DHX Media. Decode then became a part of DHX Media. The company stopped operating in the 2010s.

After the merger, DHX Media stopped making new shows at the old Decode offices. In 2014, DHX bought another company called Epitome Pictures. This company later changed its name to DHX Studios Toronto in 2016, but it was not the same company as Decode.
