The Australia men's national volleyball team, also known as the Volleyroos, represents Australia in international volleyball games. They are a part of the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC). As of September 2021, they are ranked 28th in the world. Their best achievement was winning the Asian Men's Volleyball Championship in 2007.
The Volleyroos first joined the FIVB World League in 1999. They returned to the World League in 2014, finishing 5th out of 28 teams. In 2015, they ranked 8th out of 32 teams. They even won against strong teams like Italy and Serbia, showing they can compete with the world's best. The Australian Volleyball Federation started in 1963. Since then, volleyball has become very popular, especially in schools and community centers.

Nations League: The New Global Stage
The Nations League replaced the World League. It's a yearly competition where the Volleyroos continue to compete against the best teams.
Challenger Cup: Earning a Spot
The Challenger Cup is a competition where teams can earn a spot in the Nations League. The Volleyroos have participated to try and move up.
Asian Championship: Kings of Asia
The Asian Championship is the top tournament for national teams in Asia. The Volleyroos won this championship in 2007, showing they are one of the best teams in their region.
Asian Cup: Regional Competition
The Asian Cup is another regional tournament for Asian teams. The Volleyroos have regularly competed in this event.
Asian Challenge Cup: Rising Through the Ranks
The Asian Challenge Cup is a newer tournament. It gives teams a chance to show their skills and improve their standing in Asian volleyball.
