Luti Fagbenle's Career in Media
Luti Fagbenle started his own company called Luti Media in 2006. This company has made many music videos, TV commercials, and films. Their work has won or been nominated for important awards like the MTV VMAs, BAFTA, and MOBO Awards.
Early Film Work
Luti's first film project was a documentary in 2006 called Nike Midnight Madness. It was shown on Channel 4 and narrated by Trevor Nelson.
Breaking Records with Music Videos
In 2013, Luti's company produced the music video for One Direction's song "Best Song Ever". This video set a new record on Vevo for the most views in 24 hours. It got an amazing 12.3 million views! This beat the previous record held by Miley Cyrus's "We Can't Stop". The "Best Song Ever" video later won the Best Video award at the 2014 Brit Awards.

In 2019, Luti Fagbenle started producing his first TV series with a script, called Maxxx. This show was made for Channel 4 and Hulu. Luti's brother, OT Fagbenle, wrote, directed, and starred in the show. Maxxx is a comedy about a former famous boy band star who faces challenges in his career. The series was nominated for an RTS Award and an Edinburgh TV award.

In August 2021, Luti Media produced a show called Highlife for Channel 4. Highlife is a reality show that follows a group of young and ambitious British West Africans in their daily lives. It was called "the first Black British premium reality series" and was voted the best new TV show of 2021 by Cosmopolitan magazine.
