The Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards Mexico is a super fun annual awards show where kids get to pick their favorite stars! It's like a big party where entertainers win a cool blimp-shaped trophy. Kids vote online for who they think deserves to win. The show usually happens in September and then airs a few days later on Nickelodeon.

Past Shows: A Look Back
The Kids' Choice Awards Mexico has been happening for many years, with each show bringing new fun and excitement. Here's a quick look at some of the past editions:
2010 Edition: The Start of Something Big
The first official Kids' Choice Awards Mexico took place on September 4, 2010. It was held at the Six Flags Mexico park. The hosts were Omar Chaparro and Anahí. Even though it was a smaller show, big stars like the cast of iCarly and singer Justin Bieber sent special video messages to accept their awards!
2011 Edition: More Fun at Six Flags
This show was filmed on September 3, 2011, also at Six Flags Mexico. Danna Paola and Brian Amadeus from the band Moderatto were the hosts. Some of the big winners included Big Time Rush for "Favorite International TV Show" and "Favorite International Artist." Katy Perry won for "Favorite Song," and the show Grachi took home three awards, including "Favorite TV Show."
2012 Edition: Moving to Pepsi Center
The third Kids' Choice Awards Mexico happened on September 1, 2012, at the Pepsi Center WTC. Jaime Camil hosted the event. The show Miss XV won the most awards that night. International winners included iCarly for "Favorite International TV Show" and One Direction for "Favorite International Artist" and "Favorite Song."
2013 Edition: Jaime Camil Returns
On August 31, 2013, the awards were held again at the Pepsi Center WTC in Mexico City. Jaime Camil returned as host. Popular winners included Victorious for "Favorite TV Show" and Big Time Rush for "Favorite International Artist." One Direction also won "Favorite Song."
2014 Edition: New Hosts, New Fun
The 2014 awards took place on September 20. Singer Paty Cantú and presenter Roger González were the hosts, bringing their energy to the stage.
2015 Edition: National Auditorium Debut
On August 15, 2015, the awards moved to the famous National Auditorium. Singers Maite Perroni and Mario Bautista hosted this exciting event.
2016 Edition: Music and YouTubers
The 2016 show was held on August 20 in Mexico City. Galilea Montijo and Colombian YouTuber Sebastián Villalobos hosted. There were awesome musical performances by artists like Dulce María, CD9, Sebastián Yatra, Urband 5, and Ha*Ash.
2017 Edition: More Music and YouTubers
On August 19, 2017, the awards were back in Mexico City. Mario Bautista returned as host, joined by YouTuber Caeli. The audience enjoyed musical performances from Río Roma, Fifth Harmony, CNCO, and Pitbull.
2018 Edition: The Polinesios Take Over
The event on August 18, 2018, at the National Auditorium was hosted by the super popular YouTube trio Lesslie, Karen, and Rafa, known as Los Polinesios!
2019 Edition: Jaime Camil's Third Time
On August 17, 2019, at the National Auditorium, YouTuber La Bala and Jaime Camil (hosting for his third time!) led the show.
2020 Edition: A Virtual Celebration
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 awards were a special virtual show on November 3. Singers Camilo and Evaluna Montaner hosted from afar, making sure the fun continued online.
2021 Edition: Online Fun Continues
The 2021 Kids' Choice Awards Mexico was held virtually again on September 7. Internet personalities Bryan SKabeche, Eddy SKabeche, and Fede Vigevani hosted. The show was broadcast on Nickelodeon, YouTube, and Facebook.
2022 Edition: Back in Person!
On August 30, 2022, the awards were finally back with a live audience! It was held at the National Auditorium. Danna Paola, Alex Hoyer, and Luis de la Rosa were the hosts. You could watch it on Nickelodeon, YouTube, Facebook, and Pluto TV.
2023 Edition: Another Great Show
The most recent Kids' Choice Awards Mexico took place on August 26, 2023, at the National Auditorium. It aired on August 29. Juanpa Zurita and Macarena Achaga were the hosts. The show featured exciting performances from artists like Kidz Bop, Picus, Daniela Calle, Aitana (singer), Mario Bautista, and Alex Hoyer.
