San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is a very busy airport. It serves the city of San Francisco, California. It is about 13 miles (21 km) south of downtown San Francisco. The airport is located near the towns of Millbrae and San Bruno. It is in an unincorporated part of San Mateo County.
SFO is one of the busiest airports in the United States. It connects San Francisco to many places around the world. Millions of passengers travel through SFO every year.
