The OUTLOUD: Raising Voices event in 2021 featured artists who support equality. On March 4, Adam participated in an event supporting the Center for Gender-Affirming Care at San Diego's Rady Children's Hospital. Adam's Feel Something Foundation teamed up with Soundwaves Art Foundation to create art prints. Profits from sales benefit The Trevor Project. He appeared on the Los Angeles LGBT Center's Love in Action telethon. His foundation also supports "Stand with Trans," which helps young people and their families.

In October 2023, Adam signed the Artists4Ceasefire open letter. This letter called for a ceasefire in the Israeli bombardment of Gaza.
