Welcome to the world of Pokémon! This article is all about the amazing creatures from the fifth generation, also known as Generation V. These 156 unique Pokémon first appeared in the 2010 Nintendo DS video games, Pokémon Black and White. Some of these cool Pokémon even showed up in the animated TV shows before the games came out!
This generation introduced the most new Pokémon ever! They are listed here by their National Pokédex number. The very first Pokémon in this group is Victini (#494), and the last one is Genesect (#649). You'll learn about their types, how they evolve, and some fun facts about each one.
