Thomas William Hiddleston (born on February 9, 1981) is a famous English actor. He is best known for playing Loki in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). He first appeared as Loki in the movie Thor in 2011. He also starred in the Disney+ TV series Loki from 2021 to 2023.
Hiddleston started his film career in independent movies like Unrelated (2007) and Archipelago (2010). In 2011, he played F. Scott Fitzgerald in Midnight in Paris and was in Steven Spielberg's War Horse. That year, he was nominated for the BAFTA Rising Star Award. He continued to act in unique films such as The Deep Blue Sea (2012), Only Lovers Left Alive (2013), and Crimson Peak (2015). He also played country singer Hank Williams in I Saw The Light (2015) and starred in the adventure film Kong: Skull Island (2017).

Thomas William Hiddleston was born in Westminster, London, on February 9, 1981. His mother, Diana Patricia, worked in arts, and his father, Dr. James Norman Hiddleston, was a physical chemist. His father is from Scotland, and his mother is from Suffolk, England. His younger sister, Emma, is also an actress. His older sister, Sarah, is a journalist.
Hiddleston grew up in Wimbledon and later moved near Oxford. He started boarding school at Windlesham House School when he was seven. A year later, he moved to the Dragon School in Oxford. His parents divorced when he was twelve. He said this experience helped him understand people's feelings better.
At age thirteen, Hiddleston went to Eton College, another boarding school. He then studied at Pembroke College, Cambridge at the University of Cambridge, where he earned high honors in Classics.
