Jude Victor William Bellingham (born 29 June 2003) is an English professional footballer. He plays as a midfielder for the Spanish club Real Madrid and the England national team. Many people think he is one of the best players in the world.

Bellingham started playing for Birmingham City when he was just 8 years old. He became the club's youngest ever first-team player in August 2019. He played regularly for them during the 2019–20 season.

In July 2020, he moved to Borussia Dortmund in Germany. He quickly became their youngest goalscorer. Over three seasons, he played 132 games and helped them win the 2020–21 DFB-Pokal cup. His great playing in the 2022–23 season helped Dortmund finish second in the league. He was even named the Bundesliga Player of the Season. Later that year, he won two big awards for young players: the Golden Boy and the Kopa Trophy. These awards recognize the best young footballers in Europe and the world.

In 2023, Bellingham signed with Real Madrid for a lot of money. In his first season, he scored the most goals for the club in the league. He helped them win the league title and the Champions League. Jude Victor William Bellingham was born on June 29, 2003, in Stourbridge, England. His parents are Denise and Mark Bellingham. His father, Mark, was a very good goalscorer in non-league football. Jude's younger brother, Jobe, is also a professional footballer.

Jude went to Priory School in Edgbaston, Birmingham. Growing up, he looked up to the famous French footballer Zinedine Zidane. In 2021, Jude finished his studies at Loughborough College.

Starting Out at Birmingham City

Jude Bellingham joined Birmingham City when he was 8 years old. Before that, he played for Stourbridge Juniors. He was so talented that he played for Birmingham's under-18 team at age 14. At 15, he played for their under-23 team and even scored a goal.

By March 2019, he was already getting attention from big European clubs. He started training more with the senior team. He even traveled with them to matches to learn how things worked.

In July 2019, Bellingham officially joined Birmingham City's senior team. On August 6, he made his first-team debut in a cup match against Portsmouth. He was 16 years and 38 days old, making him the youngest player ever for Birmingham City. He broke a record that had stood since 1970!

Bellingham played regularly in his first season. He scored his first Bundesliga goal in April 2021. He also scored his first Champions League goal against Manchester City. He helped Dortmund win the 2021 DFB-Pokal final cup. He played 46 games in all competitions that season. His fellow players voted him the Newcomer of the Season. Becoming a Star (2021–2023)

In December 2021, Bellingham played in a big game against Bayern Munich. He set up two goals, but Dortmund lost 3–2. After the game, he was fined €40,000 for criticizing the referee.

On October 22, 2022, Bellingham scored two goals in a 5–0 win. His first goal was amazing, as he started and finished the attack himself. His second was a skillful curved shot.

On the last day of the Bundesliga season, Dortmund needed to win to become champions. Bellingham was injured and could not play. Dortmund drew their game, and Bayern Munich won their match, so Bayern won the league title by a small difference in goals. Bellingham was very sad after the match.

Amazing First Season (2023–24)

Bellingham had an incredible start at Real Madrid. On August 12, 2023, he scored a goal in his very first game, a 2–0 win. He scored two more goals and set up another in his next game. On September 2, he scored a winning goal in the 95th minute in his first game at Real Madrid's home stadium, the Santiago Bernabéu. Playing for England's Youth Teams

Bellingham could play for England or the Republic of Ireland. He chose England. He played for the England under-15 team in 2016. He even captained that team.

He was part of the England squad for the UEFA Euro 2020 tournament, which happened in June 2021. When he played in England's first match, he became the youngest Englishman to play in any major tournament. He was also the youngest player of any country to play in a UEFA European Championship.
