Energoprojekt holding is a big construction company from Belgrade, Serbia. It was started in 1951. This company is so important that it's listed on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, which is where companies' shares are bought and sold.

History of Energoprojekt

Energoprojekt holding began its journey on July 11, 1951. At first, it was a company that gave advice on building projects. Over time, it grew and started doing many different things. Today, it has many smaller companies (called subsidiaries) and works with other businesses both in Serbia and around the world.

In 2007, Energoprojekt holding became a public company. This meant its shares could be bought and sold on the Belgrade Stock Exchange. In 2017, another Serbian construction company, Napred Razvoj, became the main owner of Energoprojekt. Later that year, Energoprojekt sold its insurance part, called Energoprojekt Garant, to a company from Slovenia.
