Her fifth album, 1989 (2014), was her first official pop album. It won Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album at the Grammys. In 2016, she received the special Taylor Swift Award at the BMI Pop Awards. She was only the second artist, after Michael Jackson, to have an award named after them!
