Mission: Impossible is a super popular American story series. It's all about a secret spy group called the Impossible Missions Force (IMF). This team takes on missions that seem impossible to complete!
The adventure started with a TV show in 1966. It was so good that it ran for seven years! Later, in 1988, a new version of the TV show came out for two more years. These TV shows then inspired a series of big movies. The first movie came out in 1996, starring Tom Cruise as the main spy, Ethan Hunt.
Mission: Impossible has made over $4 billion, which is a huge amount of money! This makes it one of the most successful story series ever. The newest movie, Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, came out on July 12, 2023.
