Scan2Go (Japanese: ギャラクシーレーサースキャン2ゴー, Hepburn: Gyarakushī Rēsā Sukyan Tu Gō, lit. "Galaxy Racer Scan2Go!!") is an exciting Japanese and Korean anime series. It was made by companies like d-rights Inc., NewBoy, SBS Productions Inc., and Stonebridge Capital Inc. The show was directed by Mitsuo Hashimoto.

The story takes place in the future, where people from all over the galaxy love to race. This popular racing game is called Scan2Go. It uses small, self-driving toy cars that race on huge tracks. These cars get their power from special cards. The show has 52 episodes and was first shown on September 1, 2012, in the United States on Cartoon Network.

About the Scan2Go Story

The Scan2Go animated series is set in a future world. Many different kinds of creatures across the galaxies are super excited about one thing: racing! This racing craze is known as Scan2Go.

How Scan2Go Racing Works

Scan2Go racing uses small, automatic toy cars. These cars race by themselves, trying to get first place. The cars get their power from special cards. These cards give them the energy to race and also provide turbo boosts. Scan2Go races are usually one-lap sprints on very large tracks. To win, you need both speed and smart plans. Racers will face many challenges on the track. These challenges can be dangerous or tricky. Races can be for teams or everyone for themselves, depending on the rules.

Meet Kaz and Team Jet

The main character of the story is a young boy named Kazuya 'Kaz' Gordon. He is part of a team called "Team Jet," which used to be known as the "Junior Earth Team." Kaz starts his Scan2Go journey from Earth. At first, humans are not very interested in Scan2Go. But Kaz sets out on an adventure to become the best Scan2Go racer in the whole universe. He just wants to be the top racer. Along the way, he also makes many new friends.

Kaz's Main Rival

Kaz meets a very strong opponent and his biggest enemy, Ryu Kaizel. Ryu Kaizel is the one who destroyed the Scan2Go committee. His goal is to use people's negative feelings to start destroying the Universe.

Scan2Go Toys and Technology

Scan2Go also has real-life toys! Each toy set includes a car and two types of cards: a power card and a turbo card. There are 20 different Scan2Go car models. Each car is linked to a character from the TV show.

Innovate Technology for Cars

The special "Innovate technology" lets you program your car. This means you can decide when your car will use its power turbo boosts during a race.

• Power Cards (12 levels)

  These cards decide how strong your car's turbo engine boost will be. Each of the 12 cars has 12 different designs for its power cards. Each design shows a different power level.

• Turbo Cards (6 levels)

  These cards decide how many times your car's turbo engine will boost during a race. There are six levels of turbo cards for each of the 12 cars.
