The Royal Family has a picnic in Merroway Cove, and Sofia decides to throw a party for the merpeople. A merboy named Fluke gets jealous of Sofia because she gets so much attention for her heroic actions during her last visit.

Cedric finally steals Sofia's amulet by swapping it with a fake. But every time he tries to use its power for evil, it curses him. He asks Sofia for help to become good, as he learns the curses only break by doing good deeds.

Princess Zooey has trouble making friends at Royal Prep. She starts a Princess Adventure Club and invites all princesses except Amber, who was rude to her.

While her father is busy, Sofia and Clover find a Silver Tree that leads to a secret land of elves. But the royal road crew wants to cut down the tree, which would close the door to Elvenmoor forever.

Princess Lani controls her kingdom's weather with her moods. But when she loses her temper during a quest, she loses control of her powers. Sofia must teach her to control her temper to fulfill her family's destiny.

Sofia, Amber, and others are learning ice dancing. Prince Hugo is talented but hides it, thinking it's only for girls. Sofia encourages him to do what he loves. Hugo pretends to be sick to go ice dancing instead of hockey. Sofia and Hugo practice together, which King Garrick notices. Hugo tries to switch between classes, but the hockey team catches him. Sofia convinces Hugo to tell his father the truth, and they perform together. Garrick accepts his son's love for ice dancing.

Clover has a bad day and meets a wild rabbit named Barley who looks just like him. Sofia accidentally brings Barley to the castle, leaving Clover in the village. Barley enjoys castle life, while Clover struggles in the wild. Clover befriends Sassafras, who helps him find his way back. Sofia realizes Barley isn't Clover. Barley confesses, and they journey back to the village. Clover and Sofia reunite and return to the castle.

Amber spies on people with her telescope. She and Sofia believe their mother has been kidnapped by a mystical creature.

Grand Mum visits Enchancia. Sofia helps Minimus gain confidence to perform a bold stunt in his parents' flying horse show.

Sofia visits the Secret Library and learns about a Noble Knight seeking the Ice Fire Shield. But there are two knights looking for it, and Sofia doesn't know who the true Noble Knight is.

King Roland and Queen Miranda send Sofia, James, and Amber to Camp Wilderwood, a magical campground. They meet the mischievous wizard Wendell Fidget, who is there as punishment. Sofia enjoys it, but Amber struggles to make friends, and James is unpopular. James and Wendell team up to build a raft to escape. Sofia suggests Amber partner with a new friend, Mandy, and joins them to build a boat.

Roland, Amber, and James are so busy that they don't make time for Miranda and Sofia. Miranda plans a family vacation that turns into a disaster. Their luggage falls out, and their guide cancels.

Sofia is called to the Secret Library for the tale of the Eternal Torch, a magical flame for dragons. Sea creatures want the flame for themselves. James secretly joins Sofia's mission to practice for his Junior Knight retest. But James acts without thinking, making the mission harder.

The Festival of Plenty is coming. Sofia plants a new garden for Clover and gets to be Princess of Plenty, wearing the Crown of Blossoms. Three magic seeds fall from the crown. Clover uses them to make his vegetables grow faster, but he refuses to share. Two gnomes come to get the Crown of Blossoms.

Kazeem is accused of causing trouble in Tangu. Sofia goes to great lengths to clear his name.

Amber finds another secret passage to the Secret Library and learns Sofia is a story keeper. Amber demands to go with Sofia to the Mystic Isles, where Sofia must stop an Evil Crystalmaster from covering the Isles in magic crystals. Sofia agrees to take Amber. They meet a flying unicorn named Skye and Windwalkers, who protect the Mystic Isles. But Amber's desire for her own magic amulet makes the mission even harder.

Sofia meets her protector trainer, a feisty crystal fairy named Chrysta. Sofia travels to the Isle of Forever Frost to start her first assignment.

The annual Roast-N-Toast, where dragons gather, has arrived. Crackle has no friend to go with, so Sofia uses her Amulet to turn into a dragon. They meet Crackle's boastful rival, Sizzle, and Crackle tries to outdo her. Meanwhile, Sir Oliver tries to ruin the event for revenge.

Skye and Chrysta come to Enchancia to take Sofia to the Mystic Isles for her next protector step: finding the Mare of the Mist, a magical horse whose mane can make a special bow. Minimus feels left out when Sofia chooses Skye over him, so he tags along and starts a rivalry with Skye.

Cedric's sister, Cordelia, moves to Enchancia Castle, causing problems between them. Sofia and Calista use the Looking Back Glass to find out what really happened.

It's School Swap Day for Royal Prep and Sofia's old school in Dunwiddie. Jade visits Royal Prep, and Amber goes to Dunwiddie. Sofia and Jade find a picture of Frederika Assemblia, who looks just like Jade. They think Jade is a princess and can go to Royal Prep full-time. Jade is excited but realizes it means leaving her Dunwiddie friends. She doesn't know how to tell Sofia she doesn't want to go to Royal Prep. Meanwhile, Amber tries to avoid trying new classes at Dunwiddie.

Sofia's amulet again calls her to help a princess, but it's her old enemy: Princess Ivy. Princess Ivy's butterflies are missing, and Sofia is sent to help find them. Princess Ivy eventually becomes friends with Ms. Nettle, and the animals make a present for Princess Ivy.

Sofia and Calista plan to spend Halloween with Sofia's witch friends. The witches think Calista is too young and will slow them down. During trick-or-treating, Calista tries her best to make sure everyone gets a treat in Lucinda's mom's maze and proves she can handle it.

For her last semester, Sofia needs an animal helper for her dragon fire project. She holds a trial, and Clover is chosen. Prisma also comes to Sofia's school to find one of the Wicked Nine, a spinning wheel.

Chrysta volunteers with Sofia during Wassalia to help those in need. Sofia later finds out that Chrysta was celebrating alone because she didn't have a family. Sofia gathers all the people Chrysta helped to celebrate with her.

Clover wakes Sofia early for her birthday. Sofia's party becomes a disaster. She wishes for another party, and Tizzy the Fairy grants her wish to relive her birthday until she's happy. But Tizzy makes a mistake, causing Sofia to repeat her birthday over and over. To break the spell, Sofia must solve every problem at her party.

Cedric lost King Roland's trust after revealing his ambition to take over the kingdom. He tries to earn it back. When the Evil Queen's crown is stolen by Wormwood, Sofia must get it back to save Cedric's reputation. Prisma comes to steal Grimhilde's Crown, one of the Wicked Nine.

After seeing Sofia rewarded as a Protector, Clover takes her place on a mission in the Mystic Isles.

To protect a special flower, Sofia and Chrysta go undercover to take the "Fairy Test." When Sofia finds out Chrysta failed, Sofia helps Chrysta prepare to pass the test.

Aunt Tilly and Sir Bartleby are getting married. As heir to the throne, James has to greet guests, which he finds boring. Grand Mum points out that Amber is the real heir because she's seven minutes older. James gets jealous and tries to become heir again.

Royal Prep holds a fair for students to choose their next schools. Sofia has so much fun she can't decide, leading Amber and others to pressure her.

Princess Zooey announces a "Scroll of Discoveries" for the Princess Adventure Club. Hildegard realizes she hasn't discovered anything memorable. When the club goes to the desert, Hildegard tries to take all the credit for finding the lost pyramid.

The Royal family is invited to Merroway Cove for a celebration. Oona, the mermaid princess, is tired of being treated like a little kid and wants to prove she's grown up. But she accidentally uses her special comb to create a huge undersea twister.

The King takes the Royal staff on a picnic, leaving Sofia, Amber, and James in charge. When the King is late, the trio must help with "The Elf Situation."

As Sofia, Amber, and James get ready to graduate from Royal Prep Academy, Sofia is called back to the Mystic Isles. She must face an evil witch named Vor, who is trying to take over the kingdom of Enchancia.
