Get ready for some slime and fun! The fourth annual Nickelodeon Australian Kids' Choice Awards took place on October 11, 2006. This awesome event was held at the Sydney Entertainment Centre in Sydney, Australia.
The show was hosted by three super cool people: Sophie Monk, Dave Lawson, and James Kerley. The awards are special because kids get to vote for their favorites! Voting opened on August 10, 2006, and closed on September 20, 2006.
Did you know Lindsay Lohan was originally supposed to host? But she couldn't make it. A very special guest at the awards was Bindi Irwin. This was her first public appearance after her dad, Steve Irwin, was remembered in a special service.
