Africa is the second largest continent in the world. It is a huge landmass with many different countries. This article will show you a list of these countries, ordered by their size, from the biggest to the smallest.

Algeria is currently the largest country in Africa. It became the biggest after Sudan split into two countries in 2011. Even though Africa is very large, its population is a bit smaller than India's. The smallest country in Africa is Seychelles, which is a group of islands. On the main continent, the smallest country is The Gambia.
