The 16th Annual Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards was a big event held on April 12, 2003. It was hosted by the famous Rosie O'Donnell. This fun award show took place at the Barker Hangar, located at the Santa Monica Airport in Santa Monica, California.
Rosie O'Donnell had hosted the Kids' Choice Awards seven times in a row! This 2003 show was her last time as host. The announcers for the event were Daran Norris and Susanne Blakeslee. You might know them as the voices of Cosmo and Wanda from The Fairly OddParents. They used their cartoon voices for the show, which was a cool touch!

Justin Timberlake was a highlight of the show. He performed his popular song "Rock Your Body" for everyone. Later, the music group B2K took the stage. They performed a mix of their songs "That Girl" and "Girlfriend." They were joined by Marques Houston for this special performance.
