Cartoon Network is a pan-Asian pay television channel that primarily broadcasts animated series. Operated by AT&T's WarnerMedia under its International division, the channel is broadcast from its headquarters in Singapore and Jakarta, Indonesia to audiences in its country of location, as well as to Hong Kong, Macau and the rest of Asia (except Philippines, where its feed was later separated from the broader pan-Asian version). It was launched on 6 October 1994.

Availability
Mainland China
In Mainland China, the pan-Asian Cartoon Network was available via both AsiaSat and Palapa satellites. It airs in Chinese.
Hong Kong and Macau
In Hong Kong, the pan-Asian Cartoon Network was broadcast on now TV and Cable TV Hong Kong. In Macau, it was broadcast on Macau Cable TV. It airs in English along with Cantonese and Mandarin.
Taiwan
In Taiwan, Cartoon Network was launched on 1 January 1995, it airs in Mandarin along with an English track.
South Korea
In January 2003, the pan-Asian Cartoon Network was launched in South Korea after the discontinuation of a Cartoon Network block on Tooniverse. However, the channel was unable to insert Korean audio tracks into shows because non-South Korean channels are legally prohibited from doing so. In 2006, JoongAng Ilbo and the Turner company established a joint venture to launch a separate South Korean version of Cartoon Network and was launched in November of the same year.
Thailand
In Thailand, the pan-Asian Cartoon Network is available through the TrueVisions cable and satellite networks; TrueVisions includes the pan-Asian Cartoon Network in both its Gold and Platinum packages. CN SEA is offered as a shared feed between Singapore and Thailand because their time zones are only one hour apart.
Starting in 2009, a Thai audio track for promos and adverts was introduced alongside an official Thai website.
In February 2018, Cartoon Network along with CNN International was made available on AIS Play. Meanwhile, Cartoon Network has 2 pay providers in Thailand (AIS Play and TrueVisions) along with CNN and Warner TV.
Indonesia
In Indonesia, the pan-Asian Cartoon Network is available on First Media Gold and Platinum packages, BiG TV (affiliated with First Media) Gold and Platinum packages, MNC Vision Platinum Packages (used to be Indovision), TransVision Platinum Packages (used to be TelkomVision). and Indikids add-on package on IndiHome.
Philippines
In the Philippines, they localized the feed in SD, while simulcasting with the pan-Asian feed in HD.
Vietnam
The pan-Asian Cartoon Network used to be available in English in Vietnam, but in April 2014, a localized feed was launched. The line-up is identical to the pan-Asian version, but the promos are entirely in Vietnamese (In addition, the original programming is either dubbed or has Vietnamese voice-over), and the local titles of the cartoons are shown on screen, right next to Cartoon Network's logo. The Vietnamese feed is available on VTC Digital, SCTV, Hanoi Radio-Television (HCATV) and Vietnam Television (VTVcab). Starting in December 2016, a Vietnamese audio track for promos and adverts was introduced.
A Vietnamese ad or other channel's promos (like Warner TV) may appear when promos are playing.
Malaysia and Brunei
The first Malaysian broadcasting company to air the pan-Asian Cartoon Network was Astro subsidiaries of Measat Broadcasting Systems Sdn Bhd. Cartoon Network was launched from Astro on channel 616 (old channel number, had been changed in April 2020) in Malaysia and Brunei (Kristal-Astro) on 31 August 2006 in Malaysia and Brunei.

Sri Lanka
The channel used to be available in Sri Lanka, but now Cartoon Network HD+ India is aired on Dialog TV in SD format and Cartoon Network Pakistan on PEO TV.
Middle East
In the Middle East, the pan-Asian Cartoon Network was available via both AsiaSat and Palapa satellites. It airs in English.
