The 2010 Formula One season was the 61st year of Formula One racing. It was a very exciting season! Red Bull Racing won their very first Constructors' Championship. This means their team was the best overall. Sebastian Vettel also won his first Drivers' Championship. He became the youngest World Champion ever by winning the final race.

Teams and Drivers in 2010
In the 2010 FIA Formula One World Championship, many famous teams and drivers competed. Each team had special cars and engines. They all used Bridgestone tyres for their races.
Driver Changes During the Season
Sometimes, drivers change teams or are replaced during a season. This happened a few times in 2010:
- In July, HRT replaced Bruno Senna with Sakon Yamamoto for the British Grand Prix. Senna returned later, and Yamamoto also replaced Karun Chandhok for some races.
- In August, Mercedes let Nick Heidfeld go. He joined Pirelli to test new tyres for the next season.
- In September, Sauber replaced Pedro de la Rosa with Nick Heidfeld. This change started at the Singapore Grand Prix.
- For the Singapore Grand Prix, Christian Klien raced for HRT instead of Sakon Yamamoto. Yamamoto was sick. Klien also raced for HRT at the Brazilian Grand Prix.

The Korean Grand Prix happened as planned. The track, called the Korean International Circuit, was checked and approved on October 12th.

Lewis Hamilton led Sebastian Vettel and Fernando Alonso at the Canadian Grand Prix Grand Prix. Hamilton won this race and took the lead in the Drivers' Championship.

Sebastian Vettel won three of the last four races. This helped him win the championship in Abu Dhabi.
